Monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month. You'll receive a reminder via SMS/WhatsApp a few days before the due date.

A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to the outstanding amount. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.

After making payment, you'll receive a transaction confirmation from your payment provider. Please forward this confirmation to our WhatsApp number for processing.

Yes! You can pay for multiple months in advance. Many customers prefer to pay quarterly or annually. Contact our support team for advance payment discounts.
