No. Baizid Online (BOL) does not apply any Fair Usage Policy (FUP). All packages come with truly unlimited data usage.

Yes. Customers may upgrade or downgrade their package at any time by contacting customer support. Changes are usually effective within 24 hours.
Installation & Equipment
How long does installation take?
Installation is typically completed within 1–3 working days after confirmation and payment.
Who owns the ONU (Optical Network Unit)?
The ONU is the property of Baizid Online (BOL). It is provided to the customer for use during the service period.
What happens to the ONU if I cancel my connection?
The ONU must be returned to BOL in mint condition at the time of disconnection. Customers may be charged if the device is damaged, lost, or not returned.
Can I use my own router?
Yes. Customers may use their own Wi-Fi router. The ONU provided by BOL must still remain connected to the network.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, mobile banking, bank transfer, and other supported digital payment methods.
When is the monthly bill due?
Bills are generated monthly and must be paid within the due date mentioned on the invoice.
What happens if payment is delayed?
Service may be temporarily suspended if payment is overdue. Service will be restored once all dues are cleared.
